Traditionally, clients have had to imagine properties through “hero shots” and prospective floor plans, which isn’t always enough to convince them to commit millions of dollars and sign leasing or sales agreements. Through advancements in technology, and the introduction of augmented and virtual reality, developers can now build videos and 360-degree tours to provide clients with a lifelike sense of what it would be like to occupy the space.
